Quick WP-CLI Setup on Windows with XAMPP

Today, I suddenly felt like experimenting and decided to install WP-CLI on Windows. I was too lazy to set up a LAMP stack in my Proxmox lab, and running two computers just for that felt like a waste of electricity. So, I went with XAMPP instead. Since I don’t want to manually download WordPress from wordpress.org every time, I installed WP-CLI to make things easier. I’ll create a full tutorial when I have time.
